If you're not satisfied with the initial design direction, you may request a refund within 30 days of the project start date. Refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed.

Email Marketing Services

Due to the quick turnaround nature of email campaigns, refunds are not available once campaign setup or asset production has begun. We will work with you to revise or adjust as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Custom Proposals

Each project begins with a clear proposal that outlines scope, pricing, and terms. Refunds will be handled according to the terms in that agreement.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time with written notice. You will only be charged for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

If we need to cancel a project for any reason, we will deliver all paid-for work and communicate clearly about any next steps.

Additional Notes

• While we aim to achieve strong results, we do not guarantee specific performance metrics (e.g., conversions, open rates).
• We are not responsible for third-party platform issues (like Mailchimp downtime), but will assist you in resolving them whenever possible.
